Tricone Rockbits
Dando offer a wide variety of 3-cone rock bits designed for rotary drilling. Bits are available for all types of rotary drilling, from small size bits for mining, geophysical and geotechnical applications available as small as 2 3/8″, to large waterwell drilling rock bits available up to 26″.

The bits are manufactured with either tungsten carbide inserts or milled steel cutting teeth.
The larger drilling bits have various flushing options, including air circulation. The air circulation bits are designed with open cast mining in mind. In particular iron ore, non ferrous metal and coal mining.
We can also supply directional drilling bits for use with DTH motors. The offer bits for both soft and very soft formations. There are two types of bits available:
- Rock bits for directional drilling of oil wells
- Rock bits for technical horizontal drilling HDD
These directional bit feature high durabilty of bearings at high pressure, reinforced cutting structure and protection against excessive loss of gage.
