The Dando Watertec 40, the largest mobile land based water well drilling rig to be manufactured in the UK for some years has left our factory in Ford, West Sussex. The Watertec 40 bound for Costa Rica features 1200CFM 350PSI XRV12 Atlas Copco compressor, 10″x7 1/2″ Gardner Denver mud pump and a Dando 1000 Power Swivel rotary head all powered by a Detroit Diesel 12V2000 engine unit supplying 760 horse power.

This engineering triumph is capable of drilling infrastructure water wells of depths up to 1000m.
